Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. I grew up in a turbulent home with a mother that struggled heavily with her mental health. My self-value degraded slowly, and my negative self-critic grew with my anxiety. This evolved in my teens to the point where I self-harmed and did not see any hope for the future. I sought help as a young adult and was eventually diagnosed with evasive & emotionally unstable personality disorder. Learn how I finally accepted my reality and gained a better understanding of myself and how to manage my disorders. This is my story.
