The Human Aspect of 

Learning to Live with Grief

Grief is the most common challenge we all face one day. Some of us more than others. Learn from people who have found different ways to cope with grief. One day or another, we will all face #grief. Some earlier than expected and others more than once. Learn from the people who have found ways to cope with life’s most common challenge by hearing reflections from their journeys through grief. From losing a child, losing a parent, or your best friend to cancer or murder, their experiences are combined with insights from Consultant Clinical Psychologist Anne Crawford-Docherty. When faced with grief, many of us suppress our emotions, but with the right tools, we can learn to manage the stages of grief, allowing its hold to shrink over time. Hear Anne’s professional view of the grief journey and the lessons shared by our subjects on what they wish they knew when starting to overcome the loss. This video is a good intrudction on how to feel empower to face your grief or show you how to support someone else on their journey.
