In my teens I sought a Christian community to feel connected and I ended up feeling scared of failing my new faith and ending up in hell. My anxiety grew with my need to escape my own feeling of failure, and I slipped into a party culture and work. After years of balancing on the edge I burned out and ended up not seeing a reason to carry on living. Hear how I tried different kinds of help, but my breakthrough came when I joined a peer support group during a custom support program.
