My reality started sliding and mixing with my thesis and a childhood loss, to the point where I ended up in a psychosis as a single mother to two teenagers. In my mind it felt like a real video game where I was a key actor to save the world, and the burden of this weighed me down heavily. Learn how I received help after my first hospitalization to start re-building myself and my reality. Learn how I experienced psychosis three times and after that I finally managed to feel more like myself again. This is my story.
