I could not even close the kitchen cupboard doors when I was at my most depressed and I did not see any point in living. Even though I loved my job as a TV-host I felt my entire life was in complete darkness. Learn how I was hospitalized to stop me from taking my own life, and after 6 months I was diagnosed as bipolar. I slowly started to love myself again and realized that my life was worth living. Since I did not find any user experience on bipolar, I started sharing on my blog to help others. This is my story.
