I grew up being bullied and I started feeling like I was not good enough. Eventually I ended up becoming my own bully and this carried on into adulthood, despite my success as a musician and poet. See how I finally learned to love myself after years of bullying and self-hatred. Learn how I realized I needed help and opened up to a psychiatrist and some friends. This is my story.
