About

What is mindfulness and how does today's world affect our presence? In this episode, we discuss how the world we live in impacts our ability to be mindfully present with ourselves and those around us. You will meet Henriette, who shares how she felt that those around her had a "consensus" of which she was not a part.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

The Human Aspect of

Stian

I grew up in a turbulent environment after my parents split, being bounced between families. My mother battled cancer and I developed anxiety of losing her. I used the gym as my coping mechanism and ended up burning out. After beating cancer my mother suddenly died in a car accident, spiraling me into extreme loneliness and grief. See how I tackled my suppressed emotions to deal with my grief. Learn how I used my knowledge about the connection between body and mind, that helped me past my chronic fatigue in my 20’s, to take charge of my own life again. This is my story.
