I witnessed a lot of violence and anger as a child, and I became scared of feeling angry as an adult. I struggled with sitting still and focusing, which made school very difficult for me. Learn how I started opening up about my turbulent childhood and how i got the diagnose of ADHD. See how I learned to use this as a strength both in my personal and professional life.
