As a kid I felt the tension between my parents, and I developed a need to control them to keep them together. See how their breakup created a fear in me, that every little spark could turn into a conflict, and I feared ending up alone. See how realized I had to stop controlling my surroundings, and in that I found inner peace. Learn how strengthening my relationship with myself and let go of everyone else, transformed my fear of being alone. This is my story.
