Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

The Human Aspect of

Signe

The eating disorder had taken complete control over my mind and body. Growing up in a very strict Christian family, I did what I was told and punished, if not without communication or negotiation. There was no focus on solving personal problems or difficult emotions, so I quickly learned to suppress my emotions while difficulties were prayed away. My eating disorder became a coping mechanism, slowly taking over my life. With no knowledge of how to regulate emotions naturally and compassionately, inner chaos grew rapidly. It came to a point where I felt no one would care if I didn’t exist. Hear how I found a therapist who truly cared, listened, and acknowledged my emotions. Through our journey, I reconnected with my emotions and healed my self-worth. Learn how yoga, meditation, and self-development practices helped change my negative patterns and start working on my inner world. This empowered me to realize that my opinions mattered and that I could create the life I wanted. This is my story.
